    Abstract

    As Western New England University celebrates the inauguration of a new president and looks ahead to a new chapter, our Academic Symposium highlights the innovations in scholarship and excellence in teaching that make WNE a place where possibilities take shape.

    This program invites our campus community and guests to experience how WNE is engaging students and creating social impact. Our program is designed to provide an exposition or showcase: we encourage attendees to not feel obligated to remain in any session from start to end but to freely explore the Symposium’s range of lightning talks, interactive demonstrations, student research displays and roundtable conversations. Visit both floors of our Campus Center and experience the many ways WNE faculty and students are imagining and building what comes next.
